We constantly look at the factors that affect sustainability and ways in which providers can be supported in achieving financial stability.
We offer our Members access to a funding database, which proves to be an invaluable tool for identifying potential funders. This contains information on over 500 funder’s who could be interested in supporting early years, school and childcare groups.
Within our policy guidance pack we have developed a whole section on financial and business planning, with supporting documentation such as marketing strategies to ensure groups have an overview of their position in their marketplace.
We offer both Financial Management and Marketing & Publicity training to settings, helping to support and develop the on-going sustainability of provision. In conjunction with this, we have continued to offer an annual financial health check and post AGM check to our full members. These ensure everything is in place to help with sustainability over the following 12 months, and helps us to identify and address problems whilst they are still manageable.
