Description of Job role:
Maternity cover – Office Manager – part time – Term-time (39 weeks ) plus 2 weeks of summer holidays (can be worked flexibly) total 41 weeks a year* 16-20 hours a week.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Office Manager to cover our existing manager during her maternity leave, from the end of June 2019 (TBC) until April 2020.
You will be responsible for the overall smooth running of the setting and develop BCP in line with the vision, mission and values. You will ensure and maintain a safe and stimulating environment and ensure a high quality setting.
No two days are the same!
You will be involved in areas such as HR, finance, marketing, building maintenance and much more! If you think you have the skills and experience to help us for duration of this contract, we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for someone with great experience, who can cope with varied and complex workload at times, good at prioritising and able to react quickly situations.
Part time, term time only (39 weeks) plus 2 weeks during the summer holidays*
*Hours worked by permanent post holder, number of weeks worked will vary depending on start date and duration of maternity leave
Contract & wages:
Maternity contract from end of June 2020 – tbc until April 2020 (tbc)
£11.79 per hours plus holiday pay at 12.07%
