We are a brand new nursery in Bishopston, Bristol and we are currently recruiting for amazing practitioners to work in our beautiful child-led Reggio Emilia inspired nursery.
We are a lovely, friendly team and pride ourselves on our child-led approach that focuses on lots of teaching, play and interactions with as little paperwork as possible.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for outstanding child-led early years practice who can be a strong key person and support each child to grow and develop into confident, capable learners.
We have positions in our Baby Room, Toddler Room and Pre-School Room.
These roles would involve being a strong key person and meeting each child’s individual needs. You will need to know the EYFS and child development well, and be able to implement outstanding activities to support each child’s learning and development. You will need to work well as part of a team, and use your initiative. You will be responsible for observations, assessments and planning for your key children, as well as building strong bonds with their families.

Must have: Level 3 in Early Years Education
Nice to have: Experience of working in a nursery environment
Permanent, 40 hours per week – shifts may vary.

We are passionate about training our staff – full training and induction will be given as well as online and full day training courses to suit each member of staff’s needs.
Future opportunities for training; other promotion opportunities in the nursery; pay rises; training; supportive of staff doing Early Years Degrees/ Teacher Training.
