As the Deputy Manager, you will be the lead practitioner of the setting. Duties will include SENDCO, DSL, and tracking children’s development. This role is supernumerary apart from covering staff sickness and holidays. You will also be expected to step up in the managers absence including every Wednesday when she is off.

Qualifications and experience required:
The candidate needs to hold a relevant level 3 qualification and have at least 5 years’ experience in childcare.
Contract & Salary:
Permanent, Full time role, every Tuesday off and a Thursday afternoon off.
