We have an immediate vacancy for a passionate and conscientious person to join our growing and exciting Nursery group, working as a outstanding Advanced Baby Practitioner, at our beautiful nursery setting in Redland.
The nursery at Redland is growing and will expand to meet the needs of the community. It is registered for 200 children between the ages of 0 – 5 years and opens from 7.30am – 6.30pm daily, 51 weeks of the year.

The ideal candidate for this role will be familiar and highly competent with the use of advanced activities and strategies in the care of under twos. You will understand signs of attachment, how to provide an enabling environment and how to establish strong routines. Experience of working with this age group is essential. Equally important is your enjoyment in caring for our youngest children and your strong desire to have a positive impact on them.
You must have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification specific to Early Years as defined by the Department for Education:
and at least one years’ post qualifying experience working within an early year’s setting.
The post is full time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, all year round and you will be entitled to 6.6 weeks holiday, including Bank Holidays.
