Could 2020 be the year you become part of Snapdragons Nurseries’ success?

We are seeking a full-time Deputy Head of Babies to join a lively and friendly team at our beautiful nursery setting in Horfield.

Join Snapdragons and you’ll be part of something big. We believe that happy staff make happy children, so we offer a package of support that you won’t find anywhere else.

As Deputy Head of Babies you will be an outstanding and inspiring practitioner, providing support to the Room Leader and ensuring the setting delivers the highest standards of care and education. You will have the confidence to help lead your team, displaying a high level of motivation, a flexible enthusiastic approach and good communication skills.

You must be able to provide exceptional early years care in a safe, nurturing and fulfilling environment whilst inspiring children to unlock their full potential through key skills and values which will establish them as gifted citizens of the world.

You must have at least two years’ experience in childcare, with a minimum of Level 3 qualification specific to Early Years as defined by the Department for Education.
