Could 2019 be the year you become part of Snapdragons Nurseries’ success? We have an immediate vacancy for an inspiring person to join our growing and exciting Nursery group.

All our settings provide fantastic working environments for child-friendly (the least we ask…) women and men! A great team spirit and happy colleagues are at the heart of who we are and what we do – nurturing warm, friendly and supportive surroundings for our staff and the children in our care.

Our retention figures speak for themselves – over 46% have been with us for more than two years and over 8% have stayed for more than 10 years (with 10 happy campers still with us more than 15 years on)! Exciting company growth means great career prospects for ambitious types looking to excel – join us as a Head of Room and you could be running a setting in a few short years’ time…

We’re looking to recruit the very best team members in exchange for competitive salaries along with excellent benefits and rewards, including:

  • 6.6 weeks paid holiday a year
  • Nursery closures between Christmas and New Year (meaning never working over the Christmas break)
  • Additional paid leave on your Birthday
  • ‘Refer a Friend’ Bonus
  • Glitzy Christmas Party with fabulous food, entertainment, vouchers, prizes and taxis!
  • Paid First Aid Training

Can you assist in leading and inspiring your team to provide an excellent level of care for our children? Are your skills and enthusiasm second to none? Can you act as a role model whilst supporting the Manager to lead and guide the practice within the room and the nursery? Head of Pre-School is more than just a title – it’s a whole new way of life.

Could you be the passionate, dedicated candidate we’re looking for, with at least two years’ experience in childcare? Do you hold a Level 3 qualification specific to Early Years as defined by the Department for Education:
