The candidate will be covering staff lunch breaks, helping to get children off to sleep and getting them up after. Time will be spent with all ages ranging from 6 months to 4 years.
The candidate should foremost have a genuine interest in working with children. They should have a kind, positive nature, be enthusiastic and be willing to muck in and be flexible when needed. They should be able to use their initiative, and be able to work as part of a team. The candidate needs to demonstrate good communication skills and adhere to and have knowledge of the settings Safeguarding Procedures and Policies. All interviews are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and references.
No qualifications are required, however some experience would be ideal.
Part-time. 20 hours a week, 11.30am-3.30pm, extra hours can be arranged if wanted by the candidate. Permanent role.
Salary in line with National Living Wage. The candidate will have 20 days annual holiday, earning an additional bonus holiday day per year of employment, up to a maximum of 5. Some sick pay allowance, to be discussed within interview.
