Job reference: 201708CFS22 | Full time – 37.5 hours per week all year round
(7.5 hours per day – varied shifts between 7:30am and 6.00pm) | Salary: £18,076.50 per annum 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays

About the role
We have a friendly and dedicated team of child-care professionals in a unique setting on the Windmill Hill City Farm. Children and Family Services is at the heart of the City Farm providing opportunities for children to learn, develop, and have fun gaining a variety of life skills through a variety of play opportunities and experiences within these natural surroundings.

As Senior Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of Children and Family Services. This is an interesting and varied role which is key to the smooth running of the nursery as a whole. This is a unique environment to work in and it’s important that you have a positive attitude and an interest in farm life and the community charity work that we do.

You will need at least 2 year’s Office Management experience (or experience in a Senior Administrator role, with similar responsibilities), experience of managing a small team, excellent oral and written communication skills and be well organised and methodical. Experience in a childcare setting and knowledge of good childcare practice, would be a distinct advantage.
