To work with children aged 3-5 years in our day care Nursery
Days: Monday – Friday – different shifts each day.
Hours: 40 hours per week all year round.
Salary: £20,571 pa [£9.89 p/h] – £21,216 pa [£10.20 p/h] – dependent on qualification and experience.
Anticipated pay increase in April 2020
Qualification/experience required to apply for this post:
Essential: Early Years Foundation Degree, EYT, QTS or an Early Years Degree (we would consider any candidate working towards one of these)
Desirable: Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years work experience in an Early Years setting (preferably leading a room).

You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to supporting all the children to achieve and develop in this exclusive environment. We want you to join us in creating a great indoor and outdoor learning environment for the children and build trusting relationships with their parents. Your day will include access to a range of experiences including outdoor play spaces, training opportunities and the farm facilities allowing each day to be different and exciting! We’ll help you to further develop your knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage with training and support.
