This course will include:

  • Adapting recipes for children with allergies to milk, egg, gluten, nuts or a combination of these, whilst maintaining nutritional content of meals and snacks
  • Food Standards Agency legislation
  • A cookery demonstration of some of the recipes
  • Opportunities to cook a range of dishes – please come prepared to cook.

Cost:Free for Bristol-based Ofsted registered childcare workers and Bristol BAND members, however a £50 deposit per person booking is required to secure a place. 10% discount to non-Bristol BAND member groups. £50 all others.
