Wage: BG5 £19,264 – £19,650 (£15,865 – £16,183 pro rata)
Hours: 35 hours per week/Permanent (Term Time Only)

We have an exciting opportunity for the Early Years Key Worker to join our school.

Compass Point is part of the Gatehouse Green Learning Trust. We are a single site, one form entry school with school field, forest school area and dedicated cookery and art rooms. Our purpose built Nursery is run by a dedicated team and we are looking for someone with a passion for Early Years to join us.

We would like to hear from you if you:

•Have experience of working in a child care setting
•Have a Level 2 Qualification in a relevant child care field
•Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
•Have experience of completing and recording of observations
•Understand how to apply safeguarding and behaviour policies within an Early Years setting
•Understand and can demonstrate the role of a key worker in supporting an effective working environment
•Can challenge, inspire and support children in their learning
•Have experience of working with children with SEND
•Are hardworking, flexible and responsive to change
