We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our setting.
This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of early years education and care whilst fostering a positive environment for both children and staff.

Job Role:
- Lead and manage the daily running of the setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children.
- Support and mentor staff to deliver outstanding early years practice.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
- Manage staffing, training, rotas, and recruitment.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
Candiates:
About you:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ or Early Years Degree desirable).
- At least 5 years’ experience working with children under 5, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- Passionate about supporting children’s development and inspiring your team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Hours, Contract & Pay:
- Full Time
- Permanent.
- £36,400.00-£45,000.00 per year
