Can you provide our nursery friends with a secure, warm, and caring environment, noticing the potential in all the children in our care?
Will you enjoy working closely with our team in creating interesting opportunities for each child to develop and shine?

We are looking for someone who can bring new concepts, ideas, and passion to their work, helping to support the Lead Practitioner in leading, developing and
motivating the team to offer the best opportunities to for our little friends and their families.

Our promise to our staff…

We want to add value to our children’s experiences with us, but also our staff’s development, and our seniors are involved in the Bristol Standard, the Ambitious
Two-Year Olds Project and the Bristol City Council Refugees Project. Internally, we invite staff to participate in special interest action groups, including our
Garden and Outdoor Learning Committee and our Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging group.

We provide each team member with a supervisor for support, guidance and to ensure we hear about your future career development and are always looking for
ways to enhance our holistic approach to working for the charity.
