Job Description:

We are looking for two motivated and energetic Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners: one for our Under 3’s room and one for our Under 4’s room.

  • Support and play an integral part in all aspects of the day to day running of the room
  • To undertake Key Person responsibilities, planning a balanced range of daily activities which meets the developmental needs of each individual child, including language development, social, emotional, intellectual and physical development
  • Collaborate with families and the wider community to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, safeguarding and inclusive practice at all times

All staff have opportunities to develop their own knowledge and skills in all aspects of early education through regular training (in house and externally) as well as attending 6-weekly supervisions. Candidate Profile:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Approved Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a UK Early Years setting, and experience with the relevant age group
  • Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and anti-discriminatory practice
  • Passion for early education and a desire to keep learning and growing

Hours & Contract:

  • Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (finish 1.30pm Fridays)
  • Permanent contract
