Job Description:
We are looking for two motivated and energetic Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners: one for our Under 3’s room and one for our Under 4’s room.
- Support and play an integral part in all aspects of the day to day running of the room
- To undertake Key Person responsibilities, planning a balanced range of daily activities which meets the developmental needs of each individual child, including language development, social, emotional, intellectual and physical development
- Collaborate with families and the wider community to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, safeguarding and inclusive practice at all times

Candidate Profile:
- Passionate about early years education and inspiring young minds
- Keen to work in a community focused, impactful setting, that incorporates lots of outdoor time into its days
- Committed to embedding anti-racist and trauma informed practice in the ‘every day’
Qualifications & Experience:
- Approved Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a UK Early Years setting, and experience with the relevant age group
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and anti-discriminatory practice
- Passion for early education and a desire to keep learning and growing
Hours & Contract:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (finish 1.30pm Fridays)
- Permanent contract
