This programme offers community and voluntary sports groups the opportunity to access unrestricted funding to boost their sustainability and get more people playing sports. The scheme provides grants of £2,000 to help with ongoing running costs such as facility hire, equipment, kit, coaching and volunteer expenses.

In order to be eligible for funding, clubs and organisations must be either registered charities, Community Interest Companies or clubs with a structured governance and constitution. There is a particular interest in supporting clubs that are using sport for other social purposes such as developing skills, reducing crime or addressing anti-social behaviour.

Cash4Clubs is funded by Flutter UK & Ireland, part of Flutter Entertainment, a betting, gaming and entertainment provider: for this reason, groups must have adult members (18+) in order to be eligible for support. Funding cannot be granted for projects which are exclusively targeting young people under the age of 18.
