BAND Membership
BAND membership is open to any organisation working with children, young people, and their families. Our current membership of over 150 organisations includes a variety of groups such as:
- Preschools & Nurseries
- Breakfast & Afterschool Clubs
- Holiday Playschemes & Youth Groups
- City Farms
- Adventure Playgrounds
- Counselling Services
- Drama Groups
And many more.
Membership is just £50 per year for organisations providing direct services for children in the Bristol City Council area. This includes early years settings, children’s centres, childminders, youth groups, play settings, parent and toddler groups, etc. However, schools that do not offer any direct out-of-school or early years services for children are excluded.
Affiliate Membership is £45 per year and is open to direct children service providers based outside of the Bristol City Council area, as well as settings within Bristol that do not run direct services for children or birth-to-five education. This includes individuals who do not provide childcare/education and groups such as community centres.
