About This Course:
The objective of the course are for participants to:
- Explore the role of a designated safeguarding person
- Examine how to implement Policy and Procedures
- Increase knowledge of effective staff induction
- Be able to manage and make effective referrals
- Understand how to manage allegations against staff / volunteers
- Implement a Staff Code of Conduct.
