Communicating with confidence is ability to express yourself in clear,  open, honest and appropriately direct way that respects your own and other people’s rights. It is self-enhancing and expressive. This course will enable participants to build their confidence in communicating with others in any situation.

Course content:

  • Positive and effective communication skills
  • Models of behaviour and communication styles
  • How to communicate so people will pay attention, support and respect.
  • Practising different ways of communicating
  • Handling difficult conversations with composure
  • Recognising rights, responsibilities and respect.

This is a participant led course and you will have the opportunity to explore your own challenges and issues you may be facing, in a supportive, empowering environment.
